Check-in and check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Flexible hours available upon request and subject to availability.

Children and infants: Children aged 2 to 12 and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. We do not provide cribs.

Smoking is not allowed inside the room (only in outdoor areas).

Pets are not allowed.

Events or parties are not permitted.

Security: Vila do Chapéu condominium with 24-hour security and controlled access. The house has a safe and a fire extinguisher.

Sustainability: Saltwater pool treatment (less chlorine and chemicals). We ask for conscious use of water and energy.

Accessibility: The house has steps at the entrance and in indoor areas; it is not fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Every material and every texture was chosen to slow down time: wood, natural fibers, and soft colors reminiscent of sand and sea.

Comfort begins in the four spacious, air-conditioned suites, each with a private bathroom, ensuring privacy for up to 11 guests. The master suite also features a bathtub for relaxing moments.

On the wooden-floored veranda with hammocks, you'll find the perfect spot to read, nap, or simply watch the breeze drift by. The salt-treated pool is gentle on skin and eyes – ideal for children and those with sensitivities.

Now, your daily rate includes a cook's service from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., so you won't have to worry about meal preparation. Just relax and enjoy.

The location within the Vila do Chapéu gated community offers security (24-hour gatehouse) and exclusive access to one of the best surf skate tracks in Brazil, a rustic outdoor gym, and a natural lake for walks.

Guests will have full access to all areas of Casa Areia, including the 4 suites, living room, veranda, swimming pool, and service area. The house is rented as a whole – there are no private or shared spaces with other guests or the host.

About the Vila do Chapéu condominium:

Guests can also use all the common areas of the condominium: surf skate track, rustic outdoor gym, preserved water spring, and natural lake for walks.

Access is controlled by a security gate operating 24 hours a day. Upon arrival, simply provide the name of the person responsible for the reservation and the other members of the group to the gatekeeper.

Condominium restrictions (which guests must follow):

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am (applies to common areas and any noise coming from the house).

Parties or events are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed in the common areas (and in the house, the policy is "not accepted").

The maximum speed inside the condominium is 10 km/h for vehicles.

These rules ensure the peace and safety of all residents and guests.

Guests are welcomed upon arrival by a Janelas Taíba staff member who hands over the keys, shows the house, and answers initial questions.

During the stay, the team remains available by phone and messaging for any needs (maintenance, questions, support).

At check-out, self check-out is not available. Guests must schedule their departure time in advance so that a Janelas Taíba staff member can come to the house and officially collect the keys. The rental is only finalized at that moment.
