Beachfront house on Pesqueira Beach, in the heart of Taíba. Pool, tropical garden and a terrace right above the sea, where waves break at high tide. Five bedrooms upstairs, two of them air-conditioned en-suites, ideal for families and groups of up to 10 adults. A small grocery store across the street, the square, restaurants and the fishing boats coming in are steps away. Gardener and pool cleaning included, with in-person check-in and check-out by our team.

• Maximum 13 people at the house, including children and visitors, also during the day. An extra fee applies from the 11th guest.

Casa Oliver is a beach house full of charm, cared for by the same family for over 20 years. It sits right above the sea: from the terrace you hear the waves all day, and at high tide they break just below the deck.

GOOD TO KNOW

• All bedrooms are upstairs, reached by a wooden staircase. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

• Only the 2 suites have air conditioning. All bedrooms have fans and get the sea breeze.

• In front of the house there are rocks and natural pools, great at low tide. The sandy swimming beach is about a 1-minute walk to the right of the house.

• The house is most comfortable for up to 10 adults. Maximum 13 guests, including children.

• No pets allowed.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole house: bedrooms, living room, kitchen, garden, pool, deck and garage.

The gardener and pool staff come at times agreed with you on arrival, always through the outside area and with prior notice. No staff member enters the house without your permission during your stay.

Check-in from 2 pm. We welcome you in person and do a quick walkthrough at departure.

The house is managed by Janelas Taíba, a local vacation rental management company. We answer on WhatsApp every day and we are based in Taíba to handle anything that comes up.

Before arrival we send the exact location, access instructions and local tips. During your stay, the house caretakers help with day-to-day needs.

Pesqueira Beach is in the heart of Taíba, a fishing village on Ceará's western coast. From the terrace you watch the jangada fishing boats go out and come back, and you can buy fresh fish straight from the fishermen.

On foot: a grocery store across the street, pharmacy, the main square, restaurants and snack bars. The area is quiet and safe, and the house is away from weekend party noise.

Nearby: Beco do Surf is a 15-minute walk (5 by car). Taíba Lagoon, Taibinha and Barra Mar, the best kitesurf spots, are 10 to 15 minutes by car. Buggy trips to Paracuru and Cumbuco can be arranged.

Taíba is 65 km from Fortaleza International Airport, about 1 hour by car, and 15 minutes from Pecém Port.

We can recommend trusted transfer drivers. There are regular buses to Fortaleza, São Gonçalo do Amarante and Paracuru.

The house has a garage for 2 cars. Taíba addresses do not always show correctly on GPS, so we send the exact Google Maps pin after booking.
