At Taíba Beach Resort, guests may also use the common areas of the condominium, such as the swimming pools, sports courts, gym, game room, playground, fish ponds, and the direct beach access.

Some areas may have specific usage rules set by the condominium, which must be respected during the stay. The front gate operates 24 hours to support and control entry.

The Janelas Taíba team will be available to assist before, during, and after the stay. Communication is done by phone and messaging apps, ensuring quick responses and support whenever needed.

Check-in is organized in a practical way, and any needs—questions, guidance about the resort, local information, or emergency assistance—will be handled by the team.

Although we are not on-site full-time, we closely follow the entire stay so guests feel welcomed and well supported.
