Location & Access: The house is located in the highest part of Taibinha, a quiet residential area of Taíba. Access is via typical dirt roads of the region. The nearest reference point is Barraca Tikiti, about 550 meters away (7-10 minute walk).
Ventilation: Being at the highest point, the house is privileged with strong and constant natural breeze almost all year round. This completely eliminates the need for air conditioning most of the time.
Structure & Safety:
The house has three floors, with internal and external stairs.
It is NOT recommended for small children or people with reduced mobility due to the height of the balconies, the presence of the rooftop slab on the third floor, and the stairs.
The rooftop slab offers a 360° view but requires caution when accessing.
Amenities & Space:
Three suites have queen-size beds, and one suite has a king-size bed.
Two extra single mattresses are available upon prior request and can be placed on the floor in one of the bedrooms.
Full linen (bed and bath towels) is included.
The first-floor balcony has hammocks and a direct view of the pool and the sea.

Maximum Capacity: The maximum capacity of the house is 11 (eleven) people. Exceeding this limit under any circumstances is not allowed, including occasional visitors.
